Perilla Seed Oil: Extracted from the seeds of shiso is the richest plant source of omega-3 fatty acids. Perilla oil has multiple beneficial effects as it replenishes skin moisture, promotes down-regulation of inflammation and helps maintain healthy skin complexion
Safflower Oil: Extracted from safflower seeds this oil is rich in Omega-6. Replenishes moisture, promotes elasticity and demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties.
Sunflower Seed Extract: Rich in amino acids, proteins, sugars, mineral salts and fruits acids. Protects the skin against environmental aggressors.
Jojoba Oil: Jojoba oil is known as an excellent skin moisturizer. Zelens is using jojoba oil composed of liquid wax esters as the composition is very similar to the skin's natural lipid structure. This oil demonstrates potent bio-mimetic properties and forms a protective barrier for the skin
Apricot Kernel Oil: Shows moisturising, emollient and protective properties.
Grape Seed Oil: Excellent moisturiser and a powerful antioxidant to fight oxidative stress caused by free radicals. Rich in omega-6.
Rice Bran Oil: Rice has excellent emollient properties and a strong capacity to reinforce the skin's barrier function. Rice oil is rich in B-complex vitamins, vitamin E and gamma oryzanol. Gamma oryzanol, a mixture of sterols and ferulic acids, is a potent antioxidant protecting skin from the UV damage. It also has skin brightening properties. Phytosterols from the rice oil promote skin elasticity and keep the skin hydrated, soft, smooth and supple.
Tocopherol (Vitamin E): An antioxidant with a key role in the protection of cellular membranes from free radicals. Shows strong protective effects against UV-induced skin damage.
