3. Product Descriptions

All prices indicated for products via our Site are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges. You will be charged our recommended retail prices in GBP if purchasing in the UK, Euros if ordering in Europe and in USD for all other locations in the world.
5. Placing an order
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from the Zelens Site by clicking on the Submit button at the end of the on-line order process. Upon placing an order we will send you an email with an order acknowledgement. Receipt of the acknowledgement does not confirm that the order has been accepted by Zelens Ltd Online. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place at the time when the products ordered by you are dispatched from our warehouse to be delivered to the address supplied by you.
To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

6. Payments & Promotions
Payment for all Products must be by credit or debit card. Your card will be charged at the time of ordering. You may pay using any of the following credit/debit cards; American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Maestro.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
6.b Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we will provide promotions and discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Each promotion or discount code has its own terms which will be made clear at the time its issued (e.g. when it can be used, for which products, % off etc.)
You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.
We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.
Unless otherwise stated, Promotion Codes exclude all discounted items, product bundles, shipping and handling fees, delivery charges, gift vouchers, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other form of discount.
Unique promotional codes are single use and for your use only so please keep it a secret and don’t let anyone use it. If we believe there is or has been misuse of a Promotion Code we reserve the right to cancel your it and/or suspend or even close your account without notifying you.
7. Ownership of goods
Zelens will retain ownership of the goods until further payment has been made by you and has been received by us. you will own the goods once full payment has been received by Zelens.
8. Purchase-related policy
Products available at the Site and any samples thereof we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell or distribute any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise received from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel any orders which are suspected of being purchased for re-sale of distribution.
Orders containing complimentary samples only, will always incur a shipping charge. For your order to qualify as complimentary samples, please select up to 3 different samples and add to cart. Delivery charges apply when samples are added to orders below the Free Shipping threshold or when orders contain complimentary samples only, based on your chosen shipping method. Complimentary samples added to orders above the Free Shipping threshold will not incur charges unless you choose to pay a higher shipping rate for Next Day Delivery. A maximum limit of 3 complimentary samples per order applies. You can also select up to 3 different complimentary samples as part of your order when purchasing other products. Orders containing only complimentary samples and no purchased product are limited to 2 orders per 6 months, per customer. If more than two complimentary orders are placed within six months, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
9. Risk of loss
Risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in the order. Zelens accept no liability for undelivered parcels where you provided an incorrect or invalid delivery address and/or failed to collect the order form the delivery address specified.
All ordered goods will be delivered using the delivery service as detailed during the order process. Please note that the dispatch estimates quoted to you are indicative only and not guarantees and as such should not be necessarily be relied upon. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. For details check our delivery information.
All Zelens parcels are sent via courier service and may require a signature upon delivery. For security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt; if you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
We aim to process and despatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12pm on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public and bank holidays) will normally be processed the same working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. If an item is undelivered we will refund your account after 28 days.

- Free shipping is available on orders of £75 and over (UK orders only)
- Free standard delivery for all UK Mainland orders. Standard delivery currently is between 5 to 10 working days.
Please note: delivery to EU destinations temporarily suspended
Due to new shipping regulations between the United Kingdom and European Union from 1st July 2021, delivery to destinations within the EU is temporarily suspended while we adjust dispatch processing from our UK warehouse. We are working to re-activate shipping to EU destinations as soon as possible. Customers within and outside of the EU can still ship to addresses outside of the EU. Countries that are not part of the European Union are not affected by this update. We thank you for your patience.
Other International Orders:
All international orders are sent Priority Airmail. Orders posted to countries outside the EU may be subject to import charges. Zelens accepts no responsibility for these. Standard delivery time for all orders to USA and Canada currently is between 7 and 14 working days with the rest of the world slightly longer. The flat cost of shipping is $20 USD.
Please note due to the new customs regulations we no longer ship to Russia.

11. Acceptance of Goods
You must inspect the goods upon their receipt. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you have notified us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Import Duty
Orders from our site for the delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such law.
13. Cancellation Policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us.

14. Returns Policy & Procedure
The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by post. Zelens Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of fourteen working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by emailing us at email@example.com or by calling our Customer Service on +44 (0)7376 008 504 (open 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday). Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases where the seal is broken. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
