If your cancelled purchase before the shipment of the parcel the refund will be processed in the next 14 days. Yes. At checkout, select the option Deliver to a different address, fill in the details and the parcel will be delivered to the destination of your choice.
If you realise that there is a mistake with the delivery details of your order or wish to change the details of your order's delivery address, please do get in touch with the customer service team as soon as possible. If your delivery has already been dispatched we cannot edit the delivery address.

All Zelens orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Orders from our site for the delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Our formulas contain natural active ingredients and natural preservatives. A result of using natural ingredients is that colour and shade variations can sometimes occur between different batches of the finished product, just as they would in the natural world. This is not because of any change to the formulation or production process, and does not impact the performance or effectiveness of the product. We recommend storing your products away from natural light, however changes may still occur.
