    All Zelens deliveries are sent via a tracked service. Please scroll down to see shipping information by destination.

    Please note: EU Orders

    Following the departure of the UK from the European Union on 31st December 2020, deliveries to destinations within the EU may be subject to temporary delays due to border backlogs.

    Customers from outside the UK (including countries in the European Union) will be liable for paying any local duties and import taxes if applicable to their order. Should this be the case, the relevant authorities or the shipping company will contact you (once the shipment reaches its destination country) with further information on such taxes, which must be paid by you before the goods can be delivered. Zelens are unable to cover local duties and import taxes.

    We aim to process and despatch orders as quickly as possible. Please see below your estimated delivery times by region:

    UK Orders

    • Delivery is free on all orders of £50 GBP and over (UK orders including Mainland and Northern Ireland only).
    • Delivery of orders below £50 GBP is charged at £4.95 GBP.

    Standard delivery currently is between 5 to 7 working days and is sent via Royal Mail.

    Orders to Europe

    • Flat cost of shipping for all orders to Europe is €15 EURO

    Other International Orders

    • Flat cost of shipping to all other destinations is $20 USD

    Standard delivery times for orders to all other destinations are between 7 to 14 working days and sent via Courier Service. Delivery times may vary by location.

    Imports and Duties

    Orders from our site for the delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

    Returns Policy & Procedure

    The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website. Zelens Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened packaging, in unused and undamaged condition. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on any purchases where the seal is broken. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before confirming a refund. Goods not in their original condition, which do not qualify for a refund, will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    For approved refunds: on receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods, exclusive of the initial delivery charge. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender within 30 days of Zelens Ltd receiving the returned goods.
