Dr Marko Lens develops a unique plant-derived triterpenoid regenerative complex called "3t Complex" containing: plant-isolated ursolic acid (triterpenoid) and active molecules extracted from 15 precious plants and 5 sea algae mixed with 7 herbal oils.
Ursolic acid
Triterpenoids are naturally occurring molecules synthesized in many plants. Ursolic acid demonstrates multiple activities: anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, inhibition of collagen degradation (by inhibiting the expression of MMP9), stimulation of collagen synthesis, recovery of epidermal barrier function, increase of ceramide contents in the skin and
stimulation of proliferation of epidermal cells called keratinocytes.
Clinical results showed that ursolic acid effectively reduces wrinkles and improves skin firmness and elasticity.

Commiphora mukul (Guggul): Commiphora mukul is a tree that secretes a resin known as Bdellium. An active ingredient extracted from this resin increases lipid storage in cells and thus helps to maintain skin tonicity and to fill in wrinkles (plumping effect).
Vitamin E (Tocopherol): An antioxidant which plays key roles in protecting cellular membranes from free radicals. It is the major antioxidant in the human epidermis, and its depletion is an early marker of environmental oxidative damage. Vitamin E has strong protective effects against skin photo-aging.
Hyaluronic acid: A key component of connective tissue. Zelens uses a low-molecular weight hyaluronic acid to restore skin moisture, plump the skin and avoid epidermal thinning occurring during aging.
